Together, we clarify the FPE's Purpose, discuss key readiness elements crucial for a successful launch, and assess the need for a Founding Member Agreement (if required separately).
PHASE II: Current Structures - Assess and Adapt
Through up to three 90-minute online sessions, we delve into your company's current legal and capital structures, providing an expert evaluation to ensure they align with your transformation into a For-Purpose Enterprise. We also assess your Organizational Operating System and its integration with the concept of Due Governance. Moreover, we gauge your cultural readiness to transition into a People Context, valuing workers as non-employees. This phase paves the way for a seamless evolution of your company.
PHASE 3: Setup and Initial Operations: Building a Solid Foundation for Growth
With multiple onsite and/or virtual sessions, we offer invaluable support during the launch of your FPE. Our expert team advises on operational roles to optimize project outcomes. We coordinate and communicate with trusted legal, accounting, and tax-prep providers as needed, facilitating a smooth registration process for your legal entity. Together, we develop a signature-ready Operating Agreement V1.0, establishing a solid foundation for transparent decision-making. Additionally, we provide support in developing an initial Earnings Plan and draft essential agreements such as Membership Grant, IP and Confidentiality, and the foundational People Context ("Association") Agreement.
