During this phase, we will also meet with all the current "Power Holders" within your organization, engaging in meaningful dialogue to assess your readiness for change. Our experts will gauge your level of Holacracy knowledge and evaluate the engagement levels of both "Early Contributors" and "Power Holders" within your team. By thoroughly assessing your ongoing operations, we will create a roadmap for the FPE Startup Process, clarifying each step along the way. We will also discuss the go/no-go conditions necessary for the key “Power Holders“ to determine if your entity should proceed.
PHASE 2 : Developing and Signing the Founding Member Agreement: Crafting the Blueprint for Success
In this phase, FPE Services will provide comprehensive advice and support as you navigate the crucial steps of developing and signing the Founding Member Agreement. Our dedicated team will be with you every step of the way, assisting you in creating an individual roadmap that outlines the incremental steps and milestones required for a successful transition.
We will guide you in initiating further sharing and exploration with potential Purpose Agents who have the passion and drive to contribute to your entity. Through purpose discovery sessions, we will help you identify the key players who will shape the future of your organization, differentiating between Founding Members and Early Contributors. We understand the importance of recognizing early contributions, and we will ensure they are accounted for through explicit look-backs.
During this phase, we will also facilitate the adoption of the Holacracy Constitution, embedding the principles of self-organization, distributed authority, and transparent decision-making into the fabric of your entity.
PHASE 3: Setup and Initial Operations: Building a Solid Foundation for Growth
As you embark on this transformative journey, encode.org’s will be your reliable partner in setting up the legal and operational framework for your purpose-driven entity. We will coordinate and communicate with trusted legal, accounting, and tax providers to ensure a seamless registration process for your new legal entity. Our team will support you in developing and signing the Operating Agreement V1.0, laying the groundwork for the efficient functioning of your enterprise. Together, we will craft an initial payment plan that aligns with your entity's objectives and supports its sustainable growth.
Furthermore, we will define and sign Membership Grant Agreements, establishing clear guidelines for participation and contributions within the organization. To protect your intellectual property and maintain confidentiality, we will also assist you in defining and signing IP and Confidentiality Agreements.
Finally, we will work closely with you to establish an initial Association Agreement, solidifying the relationships and commitments among the members of your purpose-driven entity.
