PHASE 2: Current Structures: Assess and Adapt
Through up to three 90-minute online sessions, we delve into your DAO's current legal and capital structures, providing an expert evaluation to ensure they align with your transformation into a PowerShiftDAO™. We also assess your Organizational Operating System and its integration with the concept of Due Governance. Moreover, we gauge your cultural readiness to transition into a People Context, valuing workers as non-employees. This phase paves the way for a seamless evolution of your DAO.
PHASE 3: Launch Support: Set the PowerShiftDAO™ in Motion
With multiple onsite and/or virtual sessions, we offer invaluable support during the launch of your PowerShiftDAO™. Our expert team advises on operational roles to optimize project outcomes. We coordinate and communicate with trusted legal, accounting, and tax-prep providers as needed, facilitating a smooth registration process for your legal entity.
